"Usually around Early to mid spring or when the nights are getting warmer and you start to see the lawn is growing faster"
Sometimes we get carried away in the garden or didn't realise that when Grandpa decided to make grandma a new vegie patch, he went through all the wires that control the valves to water your lawn and garden. It's best left to the professionals to deal with this as it can be quite tricky to locate and then fix broken wires.
When you have a busy schedule and your lawns are becoming dry that's when having a smart system comes in- control your irrigation system anytime and anywhere.
This could be a number of reasons but I'm guessing what you are experiencing is an envision of little soldiers called Lawn Grubs. They typically come down from your gutters, fences or eves and are now feeding on your lush lawn. We have a few solutions for this problem but treating it with a pesticide is the quickest way to stop them in their tracks. It's recommended that you get onto it sooner rather than later or you will end up with a dalmatian lawn.
